WEDNESDAY

 

Try to line up at least two (2) pickup trucks to help move items from the storage shed to the correct work areas. Have the Logistics team meet in the Conference Room at Camp Alamisco at 9:00 AM and start with a team prayer.

 

First move furniture out of Room #2, Speaker Prayer Chapel, and #3, Banner Room, and put in Room 4, Extra Room. The Speaker's dressing room #1 needs no setup; leave as is.  The speaker's Prayer Room #2 is ready to move box marked for Prayer Chapel, the small kneeler, and black board into Room #2.  Then go to Dining Room and move the tables against the walls. Set up chairs for send off with an aisle down the middle. Put excess chairs outside. Set up two (2) tables in back for refreshments, and a small music stand in front by window.  Go to the Nature Center next and move everything to the back of the room behind the eyehooks where the tarps will hang.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can now begin moving the storage boxes and supplies from the storage shed to their assigned areas. Please place all worship and agape supplies in the Nature Center. The Worship and Agape Committee will sort them out once they arrive at the camp. In the Indoor Chapel, run the rope through eyehooks along front (street), side, (double doors), back (lake) and hang the tarps, as marked, using the hooks provided. Now you can set‑up chairs from the storage shed for Sponsor's Hour.

 

 

 

You will only need one (1) speaker set up in front. Set up the sound system and small podium up in the back of the room. Attach a spotlight to the podium for the speaker to see. Please use the metal chairs in the storage shed to set up for Sponsor Hours. Jerry Goodwin has the sound system. He will bring it when he comes.

 

Once you have the tables from storage, setup the Conference Room. In the entrance setup a Big Table for registration. You will need to place four (4) chairs behind this table. Cover the window to the storage room with tarp. Please close the blinds on the windows facing the lake in the conference room. Hang the Walk to Emmaus banner, then pull the viewing screen down over it. Bring the boxes marked for Conference Room, craft table, the big podium, easel with marking board, small worship table with cross, white bible, and candleholder. Place them in the front of the conference room at stage area (see picture on page #19). Jerry Goodwin will have the sound equipment and will set it up when he arrives. You will need three (3) long tables set up across the back of the conference room in front of the fireplace for the team leaders.  Place one table on the side against the wall for music team. You will need to place twelve (12) chairs behind these tables. Set up seven (7) round tables in the conference room with eight (8) chairs. There are padded chairs stacked in the back of conference room. We can use them as needed at each table. Hang the tarp marked for door and put at the entrance to the conference room. Jerry Goodwin will bring the projector and "In Remembrance" video to be setup on the TV stand in the conference room.
