THURSDAY

You will need to go out the highway and turn off the flashing light barricade. If the outside chapel is going to be used for the morning service then you will need to setup the sound system by 6:30 AM. Try to keep one (1) truck available all day today. It will depend on the weather and the Lay Directors request as to where worship will set up and worship may need assistance moving worship scenes and sound systems back and forth.

AFTER MORNING WORSHIP: Get up with the Worship Committee and see if they need any assistance moving anything to or from the outdoor chapel or need any assistance setting up anything heavy for the next chapel service at 7:00 PM.

Every now and then today check with each committee and see if they need anything logistically. If not, you may have a slow day.

AFTER THE EVENING WORSHIP SERVICE AT 7:00 PM Check with the Worship Committee again and see if they need any help moving the sound system from or to the outdoor chapel or with moving any of their setups to or from the outdoor chapel for the 10:00 PM worship service.

AFTER THE NIGHT WORSHIP SERVICE AT 10:00 PM Check with the Worship Committee again and see if they need any help moving the sound system for the night or with moving any of their setups.

Thursday evening worship ‑ outdoors ‑ microphone and podium; set lights on dim to start with.

Thursday night ‑ be prepared to setup chapel for evening prayers in the outdoor chapel ‑make sure lights work; sound system is setup, and path way is clean of all debris and pine straw.

The Logistics Coordinator will need to stay for the team meeting to get any last minute instructions from the Lay Director or request from the team.
