When the pilgrims go to morning worship, you will need to setup a round table and one (1) long table in the lobby of the Conference Center or outside for the book tables. If inside put the round table in the lobby in front of the chairs in the corner and the long table in front of the storage room. If required, move some chairs outside for table prayer time this afternoon; check with ALD.

AFTER MORNING WORSHIP: Get up with the worship committee and see if they need any assistance moving anything to or from the outdoor chapel or need any assistance setting up anything heavy for the next chapel service at 11:00 AM in the inside worship chapel.

AFTER LUNCH: You can start taking down the indoor chapel and start getting ready for candlelight. You will need the four (4) kneelers, boxes marked for Candlelight, the folding table used as a worship table, the big podium, and a sound system. The candlelight committee will setup the elements and the candles that go in the bags outside. Put tarps on the outside walls, if needed.

Set up chairs for candlelight, if time permits, with an isle down the middle and ten (10) chairs on both sides. Due to large turn out for candlelight you may want to put all the chairs down.

After candlelight is setup, you just need to make yourself available to the other committees for any logistical needs. It would be good to keep a truck available to move any tables refreshments might need moved for the party after candlelight.

It is all right to leave everything in the pavilion after candlelight, because most of it will be used for closing on Saturday. Check with Worship Committee to see if serenade and morning worship will be inside or outside and see if they need any help moving any heavy items.

There is no team meeting planned for tonight.
